On November 6, Yellow K and Forged Artifacts will release Californian-based William Alexander’s ‘Strangest Things’, an album he has finely crafted in his Fullerton, CA bedroom.
The forthcoming release is a collection of soft-psych songs based around tape loops, heady strange atmospheres, hip-hop beats and Alexander’s quirky writing. Fronted by his soft and haunting vocals, the album possesses a distinct effortless feel which comes across in Alexander’s cool, calm and collected delivery.
Taken from ‘Strangest Things’ comes the single ‘Big Mistakes’ which showcases perfectly Alexander’s steady, patterned and rhythmic song writing with its pacing beat that gradually winds to a halt as the song comes to its end.
