SONG OF THE DAY Night Beats – Sunday Mourning

After an amazing week in the mountains I return with very excited ears, eager to catch up on what has been happening whilst I’ve been away.

It didn’t take long before I stumbled upon the Nightbeats and their new, darkly depraved, scuzz guitar-filled ‘Sunday Mouring.’  This fantastic chunk of dark psych appears on their forthcoming ‘Who Sold My Generation’ LP which is to be the bands first release on the Heavenly label, due out on January 29.

Lovely track – there’s a lot of Stone Roses in there (in a good way).

  2. They are a great band, I totally see the Stone Roses link, thanks for your comment 🙂
