After featuring the fantastic sounds of beat producer Egadz yesterday I went and dug out some DJ Shadow, finding this little gem amongst what I have.
‘Dark Days‘ was a documentary released in 2000 for which Dj Shadow composed original music for the ‘Main Theme’ of the film, released on the single “Dark Days”.
The film features music by DJ Shadow, including excerpts from Endtroducing….. as well as his album with U.N.K.L.E. ‘Dark Days’ remains ageless, made 16 years ago but still sounding like it could’ve been made yesterday, I love it. Listen above.
