SONG OF THE DAY Isaac gracie – That Was Then (live at konk studios)

Isaac Gracie emerged in 2015 with a handful of songs that had been recorded in his bedroom.  Just like many other DIY artists out there, Gracie relied wholly on self-promotion and home-made recordings, and it was with this material that he first gained the attention of BBC introducing who then helped him rise to fame.

At just a little over 20 years old, Isaac Gracie writes with a maturity far beyond his years, opening his heart to the idea of internal struggles never-ending and writing songs about what lies truly in his soul with a fearless honesty that openly reflects his own personal struggles.

Now signed to Virgin, Gracie is to release his long-awaited self-titled debut album on the 13th April and speaking of the record explained how, “It was the biggest test I’ve ever undertaken and a winding journey that I won’t forget”.

Yesterday he shared another new track entitled ‘That Was Then, alongside a live video accompaniment from Konk Studios and it’s a real stunner, plain and simple..  This release also coincides with an extensive UK tour which kicks off on the 11th April in Manchester.  Watch the live video above.
