SONG OF THE DAY The Mystery Lights – Homework

Daptone/Wick Record’s very own jet propelled, psych-fuelled rockets, The Mystery Lights (catch lots more of them here) have recently shared their very own cover of the soul/blues track, Homework.

Originally performed by Otis Rush and released in 1962, the Brooklyn garage rockers have blasted out a gorgeously chaotic and electrifying rendition of the original and, like everything they do, its a lively bundle of rockin’ joy! Check it out above.
