After featuring Billy Childish yesterday and a song from his 1998 Devil in the Flesh album, I decided to give the whole record a listen…and what a great listen it is too!
The album saw Billy Childish and Dan Melchoir team up for this stripped-down blues venture which was impressively recorded live on Childish’s “1/2 track” machine and. Using this equipment was perfect for this project as it gave the recording a raw and authentic sound which was perfect for the content of the record!
